QUEST

• You conceptualize and optimize all global online marketing activities for the purpose of performance-based customer acquisition
• You manage all performance marketing activities in the areas of affiliate marketing, social media marketing, SEM, display advertising for desktop and mobile
• You coordinate advertising design, campaign planning and execution
• You monitor, manage and brief external and internal agencies and service providers
• You analyze and report on ongoing online marketing activities
• You continuously monitor the advertising landscape for potential new marketing partners and advertising possibilities

SKILLS

• You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or similar education
• You have several years of experience in the field of performance/digital marketing (experience in the gaming industry is a plus)
• You have proven experience with Google and/or Facebook Marketing
• Direct, hands-on experience with Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Unity Ads, and mobile ad networks is a plus
• You have a good understanding of tracking and attribution technologies
• You are up to date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing
• You have an analytical and conceptual mindset coupled with practical execution skills
• You are a proactive, positive, and communicative team player with a high motivation as well as distinct customer service
• You are experienced with MS Office products
• You have excellent writing and speaking proficiency in English
