How will you contribute to our mission?
As our DACH Marketing Lead, you will have the chance to build and grow our current department from scratch while working together with our Head of Growth to develop our awareness and acquisition in Germany. Using a combination of analytical skills, creativity, and customer empathy to design and execute programs that result in measurable revenue growth. You will manage a 6-figure budget while building processes from scratch to reach our highly potential goals.

Your main responsibilities would be:
- Managing and hiring our future German marketing team. We currently have a small nimble team of 3 who are handling the DACH market growth.
- Planning and organizing the marketing budget across DACH countries, while leading content localization for the market. Assure that all marketing campaigns achieve the expected results in both Organic and Paid.
- Building processes from scratch and setting objectives to deliver business impact, while collaborating with our different global teams to make sure that our overall marketing plan for the German market is relevant and consistent with our brand platform.
- Measuring marketing activity effectiveness, reporting on critical metrics (client- and prospect-focused marketing metrics), balancing budget, and optimizing resources to deliver maximum return on investment.
- Proof reading strategic content (case studies, PR release notes etc.) and build processes to improve communications between our departments to the outer market.
- Leading, developing and mentoring your direct reports while growing the team.
Can you be the next Kenjonita?
To be successful at this position, we think you should have:
- 6+ years in Demand Generation Marketing, B2B marketing, CRM, SEO and Google Analytics.
- Experience in leading and hiring international teams, preferably in a fast paced start-up.
- Experience in branding, project management software (such as Asana, Jira etc.), large budget planning and an excellent understanding of regional marketing trends.
- Perfect blend of knowledge: 40% B2B inbound marketing, 30% Organic and Paid Promotion, 30% SaaS marketing. And of course, not afraid of being hands-on!
- Ability to engage and leverage internal resources cross-functionally with departments while managing relationships with 3rd party agencies.
- Experience working with growth or demand generation teams. Data fanatic, measure and react to success metrics and performing actionable analysis to improve outcomes and ROI.
