We have a new vacancy for an experienced Loyalty & CRM Manager to drive the execution and continuous enhancement of the EU Loyalty & CRM program in Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland & Benelux)

Key Responsibilities;

  • Lead Levi’s® Loyalty projects by developing strategies for all aspect of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for Levi Strauss Central Europe across the online & retail business and its products
  • Drive the growth of the Levi’s® loyal community and oversee direct communications with consumers
  • Develop and execute activations of the CRM platform to ensure a seamless uptake across the organization
  • Deliver an activation plan for every season based on Levi’s® Marketing and Merchandising insights
  • Customer Journey Mapping – build and maintain dashboards and monitors for analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities.
  • Set-up and maintain dashboards to track and monitor progress in collaboration with store operation
  • Ensure Monthly review on results in close collaboration with digital teams & store operations
  • Work closely with the Channel Marketing and PR Team to develop compelling content & assets
  • Engage with counterparts from other regions and with our Global organization to strategically shape the future of our loyalty program and make sure it reflects our local consumers’ needs
  • Deliver instore infrastructure in close collaboration with IT and Store Operation (hardware & software)
  • Develop store staff training documentation and delivery

Application requirements;

  • BA or BS in marketing or related subject
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience at a branded consumer environment in a CRM role.
  • Strong knowledge in Digital Marketing and digitalization
  • Demonstrated ability to “read” the marketplace and be culturally connected to the consumer. Experience with an iconic brand is preferable—apparel / fashion but not essential.
  • Ability to navigate through complexity and make things happen under strict time frames
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and handle competing priorities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Data-driven decision making and quantitative analytical skills: can leverage and interpret multiple sources of consumer insights to shape local execution
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
  • Language skills; Fluent in German & English
