YOUR TASKS

This is a unique opportunity for a driven, multi-talented individual who wants to see the inside of a fast-moving B2B startup from day one. You will have a lot of freedom to lay the foundation and develop how marketing should be done across different stages of the company.

Tasks include:

  • Own and lead the roadmap & strategy for our marketing, delivering impactful results from day one
  • Develop the brand message and product positioning for Procuros
  • Define the target audience, craft clear positioning statements and clearly articulate and communicate Procuros' unique value proposition
  • Create and distribute high-quality, engaging content (landing pages, blog posts, social media, e-books, newsletters, guides, case studies, webinars, etc)
  • Increase inbound organic traffic, engagement and conversion via content marketing efforts across website, blog, social media, partnerships, and email programs with the goal to generate qualified leads
  • Work closely together with our sales / business development and product team
  • Grow the marketing team and lay the foundation of processes, tools and initiatives for future growth

YOUR PROFILE

  • You acquired a university degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar
  • You have at least 5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally from working in several different companies
  • You have experience in leading project from ideation to completion with minimum supervision
  • You are well versed in paid search, social media and email marketing
  • You have worked closely together with Sales and Product teams in the past
  • You have excellent writing skills in English and German
  • Nice to have: Experience in PR, leading marketing professionals, freelancers and agencies
