Sanity Group's Cannabidiol business unit focuses on the development and distribution of wellness products. Products in this segment contain non-psychoactive ingredients derived from the hemp plant. Generally interesting for us are a number of categories in the consumer segment, such as dietary supplements, cosmetics, food & beverages as well as products in the eLiquids/Vaporizer segment. We work to the highest quality standards and focus on natural ingredients.

YOUR TERRAIN

You work closely with our Online- and Performance Marketing team to set up the affiliate marketing strategy for our consumer brand VAAY

You identify and acquire key partners to recruit into our affiliate program 

You are the primary contact for our partners and you manage the whole administrative  end-to-end process from contract negotiations to onboarding

You analyse data and track retention to develop partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth

You proactively build new and existing networks with potential affiliates 

You assist the team to manage other performance marketing activities in the daily business

You watch online marketing trends and test affiliate innovations

HOW YOU CONVINCE US

You can identify yourself with our mission to revolutionize the European cannabis market and want to make your contribution

You have successfully completed your studies in marketing, business management or a similar field 

You have a strong interest in online marketing and you gained initial professional experience in digital marketing or similar, ideally you have worked in a performance or affiliate marketing role

You have an analytical mindset as well as very strong communication and negotiation skills

You have a good technical understanding and an affinity for digital marketing tools, experience with affiliate softwares such as PAP (post affiliate pro) or Adcell is a plus

You are hands-on, creative and driven to learn and grow in an agile environment 

You speak English fluently and you have a good sense of language as well as very good knowledge of German grammar and spelling
