As an Industry Lead (m/f/d) at Compado, you are the one to own and foster your dedicated industry. As a privotal point for the virtual team in our matrix organisation, you ensure that your industry thrives. Role & Responsibilities:

 You

  • Create, drive and execute go-to-market strategies and increase market share fast. To do that, you coordinate, streamline all functions involved in your industry and therefore rely on our full force of industry-leading Marketing, Partner Management, Intelligence, Product and Tech Teams.
  • As the POC for your industries, you answer Senior Leadership about state, profit and development of (several) industries.
  • You own your industry's bottom line, as well as your industry's Objectives and Key Results, and make sure OKRs are being translated into action items and ensure that targets are met.
  • Own and drive Compado’s (B2B) positioning within your vertical, as well as our decision products’ (B2C) positioning within your industry: You ensure optimal positioning, geared at growth and profit maximization.
  • Motivate and create a sense of togetherness on a multi-functional project team working on your industries.
  • Initiate functional initiatives (e.g. marketing initiatives, account management initiatives). Support functions in the roll-out of initiatives, e.g. in closing larger B2deals or ramping up B2C customer acquisition.
  • Spot business opportunities (money-to-be-made) in your industry and pursue them, utilizing all functions necessary.

Requirements:

  • Excellent growth and strategic skills, a great deal of self-initiative is self explanatory
  • Leadership experience is a must have - experience in a Matrix organization is a plus. Having led people on project teams, without direct supervision, is a big plus: Leadership skills encompasses the ability to motivate and lead both external and internal stakeholders and Managers/Leads on key initiatives.
  • Having collaborated with functional leaders on multiple occasions including Marketing, Partnership Management, Intelligence and Product leaders
  • You have a highly analytical approach and numbers, data & concepts are part of your world
  • Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Goal oriented individual with vast interpersonal managerial skills, strong business acumen and leadership abilities with proven results in motivating and developing teams
