About the job
From the beginning, Google has focused on providing the best user experiences possible. Whether we’re designing a new Internet browser, inventing new hardware devices, or developing a new retail concept, we take great care to ensure that our efforts will serve and inspire our customers and users.
For the Devices and Services Marketing team, our goal is simple: to bring the magic of Google Devices and Services to offline and online retail. Devices and Services is one of the most dynamic and fastest growing areas at Google. Our product portfolio covers a wide range of categories from phones to smart home products, subscriptions, and more. To bring our vision and products to life globally, the Marketing team partners closely with strategic retail and carrier partners and cross-functional stakeholders to bring our devices and services to consumers in a way that only Google can.
Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
