Our aim is to revolutionize the industry and create a platform that is truly unique in the market. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Marketing to join our team.

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy, creating and executing campaigns, and driving customer acquisition and engagement. You will work closely with our product and development teams to understand the features and benefits of our platform and translate that into compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and engagement, build brand awareness, and increase revenue
• Create and manage marketing budgets, including paid advertising, social media, content marketing, and other channels
• Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and media outlets to increase exposure for our brand
• Develop and manage our website and social media presence, ensuring that they are engaging, informative, and effective at driving conversions
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, and use data to optimize our marketing efforts and drive growth
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience working in a startup environment and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving setting
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
• Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably in a startup environment
• Proven track record of driving growth and customer acquisition through innovative marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
