Join Our Team as an E-Commerce Specialist (m/f/x)

Our European division is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Specialist in Germany. Position: E-Commerce Specialist

Location: Hamburg (office based or hybrid) or Germany-wide remote work possible

Reporting to: Senior Manager, eCommerce & Marketplaces

Key Responsibilities:

• Magento Website Management including product listings, landing page creation, website maintenance and feature implementation.
• Edit and upload compelling content on Ergobaby websites.
• Implement SEO strategies across multiple languages to enhance website visibility.
• Support coordinating translations for websites and emails to effectively reach diverse audiences.
• Generate detailed reports to analyze website performance and promotional activities.
• Monitor websites for technical issues and inventory discrepancies.
• Assist in various aspects of large-scale web development initiatives, including content migration and bug testing.

Qualifications:

• Frist professional experience in e-commerce, website management, or related fields.
• You enjoy and thrive working in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
• Familiarity with and ability to operate an e-commerce sales platform; experience with Magento/Adobe Commerce is a strong asset but not mandatory. If you have worked with any CMS previously and get the logic, we can train you on using Magento.
• Strong software and computer skills, with experience in web, email, or e-commerce software preferred.
• Strong planning, coordination, and management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness and ability to adapt and learn new systems and tools as required.
• Fluent in German and English, both in written and verbal. It is mandatory, that you are fluent in both languages (C1 level) as you will be working with both languages for the relevant markets and webshops.
• Beneficial Experience/Skills: Klaviyo/DotDigital experience, basic HTML, Google Analytics, SEO.
