Fernarzt is a telemedicine platform that connects patients to physicians and coordinates the purchase of medications prescribed. Thereby, Fernarzt enables patients to receive fast, safe and competent medical care for common diseases. Our mission is to provide a digital service to reduce time and facilitate access to healthcare. The company was founded in 2017 together with the Digital Health platform Heartbeat Labs. Since Summer 2020, Fernarzt has been part of HealthHero - the European pioneer for digital health and telemedicine.
These will be your tasks
- Be responsible of the implementation and improvement our tracking set up
- Keep track of internal as well as external deployments / product changes and their potential impact on marketing tracking
- Stay up to date with developments and trends in marketing tracking (browser updates, privacy protection, etc.) and address necessary measures
- Provide the necessary quality assurance for the tracking concept implementation and tracking tags, and ensure data quality
- Track, measure, and report on results of various marketing functions to determine ROI, campaign efficiency and growth
- Develop and maintain reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions related to marketing
- Work with marketing team to increase marketing automation.
- Unify qualitative and quantitative methods to back up qualitative findings such as personas and user profiles through quantitative data-driven analysis
- Visualise data and unlock its power while hiding complexity.
You're offering these qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience in online marketing, MarTech or AdTech
- +5 years of relevant work experience in marketing or business analysis, data engineering, business intelligence, or a related field
- Strong knowledge in tracking methods, data layer manipulation, and the transformation and usage of custom JavaScript to Google Tag Manager
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics APIs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Solid experience in Analytics and Data Collection tools - or mastery in other tracking technologies
- Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience creating and maintaining operational data quality monitoring processes
NICE to have:
- Financial experience in revenue modelling or P&L
- Advanced proficiency in SQL or Javascript – Scala, R, or Python knowledge would be an advantage.
