We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative B2B Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join the B2B Marketing team. This role will be responsible for the marketing strategy for FREE NOW for Business solution for Germany mainly, and also support Austria and Italy. The main goals are to acquire new businesses and activate our existing customers.

This role can be based everywhere in Germany.

Your responsibilities

• Define local B2B marketing strategy to acquire and activate new and current B2B customers
• Decline the strategy into operational actions on all relevant online and offline channels (event, partnerships, ad hoc campaigns, content, SEM, PR, social media, CRM, etc)
• Support sales team on sales enablement
• Localize global projects in collaboration with the Central B2B Marketing team
• Collaborate with the local B2C marketing team to emphasize our B2B efforts.
• Interact with industry partners, key decisions makers and sales team to leverage knowledge on our target groups
• Follow-up of the B2B Marketing Budget 
• Report on monthly KPIs and ROI of marketing actions.

Your profile

• Several years marketing experience
• Self-starting, creative ‘marketer’ with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Exceptional communication skills (internal and external)
• Good knowledge across digital marketing disciplines with a focus on web
• Knowledge and experience of current social media platforms and best practice across each platform
• Problem solver and focused on solutions for customers
• Native German skills and fluent in English
