Lea-Sophie Cramer is an entrepreneur, investor and podcaster. As such, she is one of the leading voices for modern leadership, entrepreneurship and digital innovation in Germany. In 2013, she founded Amorelie (which she has since sold to ProSiebenSat1) and built one of the leading eCommerce companies and digital brands for intimacy in Europe. In 2022, she founded her second company Ten More In, which is a leadership platform for women where she offers digital, modern leadership coaching for women. Since 2023, Lea-Sophie Cramer has been an Industry Advisor to KKR, a leading global investor, and was appointed to the Board of Directors of Wella Company. Together with her co-host Verena Pausder, the native of Berlin and mother of two hosts the podcast "FAST & CURIOUS," one of the largest business podcasts in Germany.
