Ann-Kathrin Schmitz is the person brands in Germany turn to for support with their social media efforts—especially when influencers are involved. In 2014, she co-founded fashion blog Novalanalove with her fellow student Farina Opoku. Under Schmitz’ management, Novalanalove evolved into first an influencer brand and then to a lifestyle brand. Today, the 32-year-old not only supports large companies and brands, but has evolved into a personal brand in her own right thanks to her business podcast “Baby Got Business.”
