Swapfiets is the world’s first bike membership. For a fixed monthly fee, you get your own high-quality (e-)bike that always works. All service, maintenance and repairs are included. If your bike breaks down, just book an appointment via the app. You can come to one of our stores or we will come to you. If we then cannot fix your bike within 10 minutes, we will give you another working (e-)bike. All our memberships are flexible: feel like changing your bike type or need to swap cities? No problem! Our bikes are not for sale. They are made to last. Because we reuse, repair and recycle our products, riding a Swapfiets is more sustainable than any other bike.
