The association nextReality.Hamburg e.V. aims to advance the Hanseatic City of Hamburg in terms of XR technology! To this end, the association promotes the interests of the companies based here and is available as a contact partner for all aspects of the colorful world of immersive media. The non-profit association is supported by the city of Hamburg. One of its core tasks is to reduce fear of VR and AR technologies, to educate and to network. To this end, the association organizes regular meetups, offers entrepreneurs a platform in its own podcast and social media channels, awards the XRC, the most highly endowed industry prize in Germany, and holds its own conference: XRCon.
