MOMO Ramen serves Japanese Ramen and is based in the city of Hamburg. First opened their doors in 2017 we produce all five Elements (Noodles, Soup, Tare, Aroma Oil & Toppings) of Ramen in our own Lab daily fresh for our customers. Noodles are produced in our special designed noodle room on our Japanese noodle machines. We been listed since 2021 in the Guide MICHELIN as the only Ramen Restaurant in Germany.
