We are a non-profit organization based in Germany, Kenya and Ethiopia. We convert donations into investments for African start-ups to create jobs. As a non-profit venture capital company, we find local founders with local ideas for local markets and support them financially, technically and operationally so that they can grow and create jobs on their own. We firmly believe that Africa is a continent of the future, and we exist to strengthen its markets for a better world. We question traditional development aid and instead use the tools of business to promote social change.
