About the speaker
Since 2022, Rocco Bräuniger has served as the Country Manager for Amazon in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) while also overseeing expansion markets like Poland and Sweden. His career at Amazon began in 2006, spanning roles in Supply Chain Management and leadership of major categories such as Outdoor, Sports, and Home & Garden. Notably, he supported Amazon’s entry into the Indian market and spent two and a half years as Country Manager for Amazon Australia (starting in 2017) before heading the European Consumer Goods division. Beyond his corporate role, Rocco sits on the Executive Board of Bitkom, Germany's leading digital association. He is also a member of the Management Board of GS1—the non-profit organization behind the global barcode standard, which facilitates 10 billion transactions a day for two million companies globally (Photo: Thorsten Jochim / Amazon).
