Felicitas Then is a self-taught chef, TV producer, content creator and entrepreneur. For over a decade, the trained journalist has been cooking on television and YouTube, travelled nearly 60 countries for her show "Die Foodtruckerin" and produces her own format "Felis Foodcheck" for German TV. Alongside her vintage food truck, online shop, and role as gourmet curator for the AIDA cruise fleet, she takes over as head of kitchen at NYX Hotel Köpenick (Leonardo Hotels) in April 2026.
