Denise Snieguolė Wachter is the founder of CHEF:IN, the pioneering platform for Germany's leading female chefs, and an established culinary journalist at STERN magazine. Through her weekly column "Einfach Essen" and in-depth features, she reaches millions of readers and has been shaping the German food scene for over a decade. Her award-winning cookbook "VILNIUS" received two gold medals at the German Cookbook Prize and stands as a tribute to her Lithuanian heritage.
