Caroline Nichols is the co-founder and CEO of the successful food startup 3Bears, a company known for its wholesome, oat-based breakfast products. Together with her British husband, Tim, she founded 3Bears in 2016, effectively putting the classic "porridge" on the map in Germany—and onto retail shelves nationwide. Following their appearance on the TV show Die Höhle der Löwen (the German version of Shark Tank/Dragon's Den), investors Frank Thelen and Judith Williams joined the company. In 2024, British football star Harry Kane, currently under contract with FC Bayern Munich, became an investor. He was followed in 2025 by teammate Serge Gnabry and several business angels. In addition to building 3Bears, Caroline Nichols has authored three bestselling cookbooks on oat-based nutrition and is an active advocate for topics such as work-life balance and female entrepreneurship. Her latest collaboration with culinary creator and entrepreneur Sally Özcan of "Sallys Welt" is set to mark the beginning of a new chapter for 3Bears.
