Florian Kumb is a member of ZDF’s management board and heads the directorate AUDIENCE. With a 360-degree view on distribution and planning, the department places the audience's needs at the center of all developments. Previously, Florian held various leadership positions within ZDF, most recently as SVP Programming. By developing the ZDF KOMPASS, he significantly contributed to merging ZDF's qualitative corporate strategy with a quantifiable data foundation. Florian studied at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University and later earned a Ph.D in media economics. In addition to his work, he is involved in various media and research projects and is committed to training the next generation of talents.
