About the speaker
Claudia Plattner is Germany's top cyber security officer. The mathematician has been President of the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) since July 1, 2023. Before moving to Bonn, she had already gained more than 20 years of experience in IT functions for companies and institutions. She held leading positions at the European Central Bank and Deutsche Bahn. In her current role, she works with around 1500 employees to protect Germany from threats from cyberspace.
