Above all, the successful Sunday evening show format "Grill den Henssler" on Vox has become a fixture on TV. During the lockdowns in the Covid pandemic, Henssler, out of necessity, opened up a completely new business field: under the claim "Henssler's schnelle Nummer" he has since been publishing short videos with simple recipes to cook at home. What started as a stopgap has long since become its own brand – including books, an online shop, a successful product line in retail, and hundreds of millions of views. The significance this brand now has and how Steffen Henssler and his team want to expand it even further will be revealed on stage at OMR26.
