Drawn to fine flavors, he began his career as a chef. Then he made a conscious decision to move away from the kitchen and found his passion in pastry. The world of flavors, the textures, the delicate presentation, and the thrill of putting the finishing touch on the evening are his passion. His drive for perfection has accompanied him throughout his entire career and has been recognized with a wide variety of awards and by many delighted guests. He has reimagined the classic British tea time and taken it to a new level in Hamburg. Today, he views food and brands differently—scalable, accessible to everyone, with the goal of creating experiences that one not only sees or tastes, but feels. His goal: to bring great ideas to life together with the right people and put taste first.
We are no longer fighting for attention—we are engaged in a race of algorithms for relevance. And while everything is becoming more efficient, scalable, and intelligent, communication is losing precisely what once made it effective: genuine connection, genuine emotion. Perhaps that is why the real provocation is this: It is not more AI that will make the difference—but rather what eludes it.
