About the speaker
Lea-Sophie Cramer is an entrepreneur, podcaster, and investor. With Epix Sports, she and her partners founded an operational holding company to support sports operators (from padel to bouldering) in their expansion and professionalization.
Her entrepreneurial career began in her mid-20s, when she built Amorelie into one of the leading e-commerce brands for love life in Europe starting in 2013, and later sold it to ProsiebenSat.1. She then also made a name for herself as a podcaster. Together with Verena Pausder, the Berlin native hosts the podcast "Fast & Curious," one of the largest business podcasts in Germany, covering topics such as entrepreneurship, business and modern leadership, self-development, health, and relationships. In 2022, she founded her second company, which she runs in parallel with Epix Sports: With Ten More In, the leadership platform for women, she offers digital, modern leadership coaching for women. Lea-Sophie Cramer also shares her knowledge with other founders – with "The Finest Fuck-ups," she now also hosts her own show for ZDF.
