Laura Nestler has a 20+ year track record of building strategic, scalable community systems. As Vice President of Community at Reddit, she leads Reddit’s Community team, which is responsible for key initiatives around moderation, governance, and international community growth. Before Reddit, Laura served as Duolingo’s Global Head of Community. Laura is passionate about community-driven growth and speaks internationally on related topics and serves in advisory, board, and investor roles for organizations that build products with community intentionality. She now lives in Seattle with her husband, three kids, and inveterate wanderlust.
