Affiliate CEOs on Stage: Awin & CJ About the Future of Affiliate Marketing
Stageslot
May 06, 14:10-14:30
Yellow Stage

Affiliate Marketing is a unique channel in digital marketing, connecting advertisers with a diverse ecosystem of partners—from content creators, media buyers, and comparison platforms to loyalty, cashback, and coupon sites. Operating across markets worldwide, it combines multiple marketing models within one framework and touches different stages of the customer journey. This diversity is both its strength and its challenge: despite delivering measurable and incremental revenue globally, the channel is still often perceived primarily as a lower-funnel conversion driver. On the Yellow Stage, Adam Ross, CEO of Awin, and Santi Pierini, CEO of CJ, will share perspectives on what has worked well in Affiliate Marketing over the past two decades—and where the industry may have missed opportunities. The discussion will explore how incentives, collaboration, and new technologies could shape the next phase of the channel’s development.
