About us
Ramp106 GmbH is the company behind the OMR media brand. It is a growing 360° media company focusing on digital business, marketing, finance and tech. It is based in Hamburg's Sternschanze district and currently employs around 400 people. We organise the OMR Festival, one of the world's largest in-person events for the digital industry, which attracted just under 70,000 visitors in 2025. OMR is also a podcast pioneer and operates Germany's largest software comparison portal. We are also a content factory for articles and reports, as well as providing adult education and much more besides. How do we think and work at OMR?
