Why did we - one of the most traditional caviar companies in the world - come up with the idea of giving caviar a good airing? Because we are convinced that caviar is so timeless and good that it will be enjoyed by many more people in the future. A pioneering spirit, curiosity and openness have driven us since 1925: from our foundation as a small caviar start-up with an office in the house and a bicycle as a delivery vehicle.
