Founded by Lea-Sophie Cramer and Lia Grรผnhage, our mission is for future leadership levels to reflect the gender ratio as humanity dictates it: economically, politically, and socially. We start where women can become effective themselves and drive their own development to take on leadership roles. A digital Leadership Platform with educational programs and a strong network to work on one's own leadership attitude and abilities.
