Ten More In is the Leadership platform for women. Founded by Lea-Sophie Cramer and Lia Grünhage, our mission is for future leadership levels to reflect the gender ratio as humanity dictates it: economically, politically, and socially. We start where women can become effective themselves and drive their own development to take on leadership roles. A digital Leadership Platform with educational programs and a strong network to work on one's own leadership attitude and abilities. In this masterclass, TMI Founding Coach Nora Dahlström shows how leadership can succeed within exactly this tension, through inner stability, clear decisions, and strong communication. At the center of her format “nora Public Coaching” are your challenges in times of uncertainty: How do I lead myself, my team, and my business in a way that creates and sustains stability, ambition, and joy, especially now? Participants can bring their own questions on this topic. Nora coaches volunteers live on stage and works together with the room to develop solutions.
