Your badge will display your name, position, and company as entered on your ticket. So check your myFestival profile in advance to make sure everything is correct—changes cannot be made later. You can use the RFID chip on your festival wristband to make cashless payments throughout the festival grounds. Be sure not to cut it off or give it away. Allow plenty of time for accreditation. Even better: use pre-accreditation. During peak times, and especially on Tuesday morning, there may be wait times.
Accreditation & Arrival
To gain access to the festival grounds, one-time accreditation is required. Please use the following options:
Pre-accreditation on the weekend:
Saturday, May 2 & Sunday, May 3, 11 a.m.–7 p.m. at Hotel Tortue (Stadthausbrücke 10, 20355 Hamburg)
Pre-accreditation on Monday:
May 4, starting at 10 a.m. at Entrance East of Hamburg Messe (St. Petersburger Straße 1, 20355 Hamburg)
On the show days (Tuesday & Wednesday), you can get accredited directly at Entrance East, West, and South.
P.S.: If you get pre-accredited, you can walk straight through the turnstiles onto the grounds on Tuesday morning—without having to wait for your accreditation.

Important information for your accreditation
A relaxed start: pre-accreditation at the Hotel Tortue (Saturday & Sun)
When & Where: Pre-accreditation will take place on Saturday, May 2, and Sunday, May 3, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Bar Privé in the Hotel Tortue.
Directions: You can reach the Hotel Tortue by taking S-Bahn lines S1, S2, or S3 to the Stadthausbrücke stop. From there, it’s only about a 2–3-minute walk (Neuer Wall/Stadthöfe exit). Alternatively, bus line 3 stops directly at the Stadthausbrücke station.
Pre-Accreditation on monday (Entrance East)
Our Pre-accreditation will take place on Saturday, May 3 and Sunday, May 4 starting at 11:00 a.m., aswell as on Monday, May 5, starting at 10:00 a.m. at Entrance East of Hamburg Messe.
You can reach the Entrance East by taking the U2 to “Messehallen” station and walking 5 minutes from there. Alternatively, you can take the S-Bahn lines S1 and S5, bus lines 4, 5 and 19 as well as various ICE and RE connections to Dammtor station and from there it is a 10-minute walk to the Entrance East.
Accreditation during the festival (Tuesday & Wednesday)
On Tuesday, May 5, and Wednesday, May 6, you can be accredited directly at Entrance East, West, and South of the fairgrounds starting at 9:00 a.m.
Entrance East: Get off at the “Dammtor” stop, then walk about 10 minutes.
Entrance South: Take the U2 subway to “Messehallen.”
Entrance West: Take the S1/S5 S-Bahn or the U3 subway to “Sternschanze.”
