We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Consultant (m/f/d). Your innovative solutions to our client’s future challenges are data-driven and derived on the basis of your advanced project management and analytical skills. You enable our clients to make optimal strategic decisions by finding the sweet spot between complexity of processes and strategies, right level of model abstraction and precise and result-oriented communication.

Responsibilities

• Support our clients on-site to define the business roadmap and co-develop detailed strategic recommendations and thereby enable us to better analyse and understand market and client needs, patterns, and trends
• Derive and manage cross-functional projects from start to end including the conceptualization, creating business cases and developing full project plans in order to address strategic opportunities
• You are an excellent communicator and with your data storytelling skills support our clients, senior management and marketing teams taking data-based business decisions and actions
• Translate questions into testable hypotheses and research questions to drive business to the next level
• Conduct deep dive analyses and visualisations on diverse data sets to help to develop business models

Requirements

• Excellent educational background on master level in Economics, Business, Engineering or a similar quantitative field
• Proven track record of several years as a project manager or quantitative analyst in a commercial function, preferably within the e-commerce environment and/or top tier consulting
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously and to prioritize appropriately in order to maximize business impact
• You balance technical acumen with business understanding and excel in collaborating with commercial stakeholders to drive insightful, robust analyses.
• Ready to travel in order to consult our clients on site
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer oriented mindset.
