Team Lead / Head of Performance Marketing (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Lead, grow, develop, and inspire our B2B marketing team and take ownership of our Marketing campaigns.
• Build an environment for a high performing team and identify and attract the best talent
• Further develop the strategy and drive continuous measurement to optimise across all marketing channels to maximise customer acquisition
• Form strong bonds and work closely across all departments to drive our customer acquisition strategy
• Efficiently allocate our marketing budget and take ownership of email marketing, SEO and SEA and drive the expansion via further channels and countries
• Continuously identify new customer acquisition activities to tap into new exciting growth opportunities

Requirements

• You have several years of experience in leading key business areas and teams
• You still feel the strong urge to work hands-on, take ownership and have an impact
• You have a successful track record in developing and executing Marketing strategies, ideally in a B2B environment
• You are passionate about continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
• You have strong knowledge of best practices in SEO, SEA, email marketing and other paid channels
• You have very good German and English skills and love to work in multicultural organizations
