Studio 49 was founded in 2015 and has since then been supporting hospitality and tourism companies in all areas of Communications- & Content-Production including Social Media Management, Influencer Marketing, Web-Design, Performance Marketing and PR.

• Duration: permanent, unlimited contract

• Salary: Basic salary + bonuses
• Level of education: Relevant Bachelor Degree (Postgraduate Studies are a plus)
• Languages: Native proficiency in German & English with strong communication skills in both languages. Additional languages are a plus.
• Experiences: Social Media, PR, Communications, Hospitality
• Skills: Strong communication skills, demonstrated experience in leading a team, ideally experience in working in an agency.

Details on the role: Team Lead Community (Social Media & PR)

Studio 49's services offered to clients are split across 4 teams: Community, Content, Growth and Business Intelligence. These 4 teams represent what we believe are the corner stones of modern communication. The community team provides all community related services to our clients, including Social Media management, Influencer management, PR, Ads, etc. Their work ensures consistent positive brand experiences, loyalty and connection across all modern communication channels.

As the team leader of our community team you will lead a group of 5-6 Community Managers that are working on Social Media Channels, Campaigns, Ads, PR and Content for our clients. The team is expected to continue to grow in the next months. You will report to the Managing Director of the agency.
