PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB

Our Business Development Unit is looking for a new colleague, who wants to be part of our Sales and Marketing team in Martinsried close to Munich or from remote. We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Specialist who supports our Scientific Marketing Manager to drive the development and execution of marketing strategies that elevate our brand, engage our target audience, and drive business growth.

As a Marketing Specialist at Coriolis Pharma you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing initiatives to promote our services, strengthen our market presence, and drive lead generation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise in marketing strategy, content creation, and digital marketing to effectively communicate the value proposition of our organization and engage key stakeholders within the biopharmaceutical industry.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

• Develop, plan and coordinate marketing projects and campaigns, always keeping an eye on our target audience
• Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, social media, videos and website content, to present complex scientific concepts in a clear, understandable and target group oriented form.
• Manage website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Stay informed and analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, client needs, and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies and messages.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and use insights to optimize strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
• Plan and organize industry conferences and science-driven webinars.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including scientific teams, business development, and leadership, to clarify scientific content and to tell the right story.
• Collaborate and manage external agencies and service providers

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCEED

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Fluent in both German and English languages (written and verbal) is required.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms with very good knowledge of content management systems (e.g. Drupal), social media, SEO, SEA, and email marketing.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a willingness to explore new ideas and approaches to marketing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite and other creative tools is a plus.
