Wir suchen jemanden, der/die auf dem Sprungbrett zur Zukunft steht und bereit ist, in das tiefblaue Wasser der künstlichen Intelligenz zu springen.

Die 27km Family bietet ab sofort und für mindestens 6 Monate einen vergüteten Pflicht-Praktikumsplatz oder eine Werkstudierenden-Stelle in Hamburg, bei dem du gemeinsam mit uns die Chancen und Möglichkeiten der KI für Kreation und Produktion auslotest. Hier hast du die Möglichkeit, Neuland zu betreten und deinen eigenen Weg in die Zukunft der Kreativbranche zu bahnen. Deine Mission? Hilf uns, KI als Werkzeug und Inspirationsquelle effektiv und ethisch in kreative Arbeitsprozesse zu integrieren.

DEINE AUFGABEN ALS PRAKTIKANT:IN:

• Erforschung, Testen und Evaluation neuer KI-Tools für Bild, Video, Text, Ton und Schnitt
• Mitarbeit an Pilotprojekten mit künstlicher Intelligenz und neuer KI-Tools
• Wissensaustausch für Mitarbeitende zu neuen KI-Tools und Pilotprojekten
• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung eines Implementierungsplans zur Einführung von KI in kreativen Prozessen
• Erstellung von Guidelines und Best Practices zur kreativen, verantwortungsvollen Nutzung von KI

SKILLSET CHECKLIST:

• Erste Erfahrungen und Begeisterung mit/für KI-Tools und -Technologien und deren Implementierung
• Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Informationen klar und verständlich zu kommunizieren
• Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Erfahrungen mit AI zur Bild und Video Generierung & Interesse am Erproben neuer AI Workflows (Tools wie: Midjourney, Veo3, Runway, Kling, Nano Banana & co.)
• Nice to have: Grundkenntnisse in Dramaturgie, szenischer Auflösung und ein gutes Gespür für filmische Erzählen
• Basiswissen ihn Tools wie Photoshop, After Effects und Premiere
• Ebenso nice to have: Generelles Interesse und Grundkenntnisse in audiovisuellen Themen wie Film, Kreation, Werbung, Fotografie oder Kunst
• Teamfähigkeit und eine offene Kommunikationsweise
• Studium im relevanten Bereich gern gesehen aber nicht Voraussetzung
• Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Office Programme (Word/Pages, Keynote/Powerpoint, Excel & Google Drive)
• Englisch in Wort und Schrift

We’re looking for someone ready to take the leap into the deep blue waters of artificial intelligence and help shape the future of creative production.

The 27km Family is offering a paid internship (mandatory or voluntary) or working student position in Hamburg for at least 6 months, starting immediately. Together with us, you’ll explore the opportunities and potential of AI for creative and production workflows.
Here, you’ll have the chance to break new ground and carve your own path into the future of the creative industry. Your mission: Help us integrate AI as a tool and source of inspiration effectively and ethically into our creative processes.

YOUR TASKS AS AN INTERN:

• Research, test, and evaluate new AI tools for image, video, text, audio, and editing
• Contribute to pilot projects involving artificial intelligence and new creative tools
• Share knowledge with colleagues about new AI tools and pilot initiatives
• Support the development of an implementation plan for introducing AI into creative processes
• Help create guidelines and best practices for the responsible and innovative use of AI

SKILLSET CHECKLIST:

• Initial experience and enthusiasm with/for AI tools and technologies and their implementation
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and comprehensibly
• Independent and solution-oriented approach to work
• Experience with AI for image and video generation & interest in trying out new AI workflows (tools such as: Midjourney, Veo3, Runway, Kling, Nano Banana, etc.)
• Nice to have: Basic knowledge of dramaturgy, scenic resolution, and a good sense of cinematic storytelling
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere
• Also nice to have: General interest and basic knowledge of audiovisual topics such as film, creation, advertising, photography, or art
• Team spirit and an open communication style
• Studies in a relevant field welcomed but not required
• Good knowledge of common Office programs (Word/Pages, Keynote/Powerpoint, Excel & Google Drive)
• English proficiency in speaking and writing
