Head of Growth (f/m/d)

Superchat is building an interaction management platform offering local businesses a better way to communicate with prospects and helping them to convert more leads into customers. From getting found online to winning repeat business, Superchat powers every step of the way.

Tasks

• Be part of something big: As the first Head of Growth, you are our scaling mastermind
• You will enable, motivate, and manage our marketing & sales team with full responsibility
• You own the definition and implementation of the end-to-end-growth strategy
• Together with the founders you will set priorities identify growth opportunties to achieve company targets
• You will set ambitious customer acquisition and retention targets and know how to leverage all performance channels (incl. SEA, Social, Display, Influencer, CRM) to achieve them

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing or sales as well as 3+ years of experience in leading a marketing/sales team
• Experience in leading growth of a scaling up start-up
• Strong and broad range of marketing skills (esp. partnership, content, performance & product marketing)
• Proven ability to create data-driven as well as creative strategies and efficient scale-up processes
• You are passionate about marketing and sales, have broad marketing knowledge and you, therefore, understand how to leverage the different digital channels available
• A strategy mindset and the ability to turn big visions into actionable tasks
• Very strong German and English communication skills on a native level with the ability to represent the company and the ability to build sustainable relationships
