We are searching for a Head of CRM (m/f/x) to drive our global CRM strategy across brands and marketing countries:
Your tasks
- Lead and develop the global CRM strategy across brands and marketing countries on the level of our brand builder #You
- Drive our group-wide CRM growth while pursuing a holistic campaign approach, from online and offline mailings to our loyalty and referral program, to dynamic web channel content
- Lead the implementation of CRM campaigns, automated life cycle programs and list-building measures to prospect customers, engage and convert them, as well as to continuously improve retention and LTV
- Monitor and improve our CRM analytics, develop A/B testings and advanced segmentation strategies to drive our growth targets
- Monitor the technical functionality of our referral and VIP program, CRM tools / integrations and email templates
- Be a central spokesperson for CRM inside the company and coordinate across departments
- Build up a strong CRM team that helps you realize your vision and enables you to identify new, innovative CRM tactics in line with trends in the D2C space
Your profile
- 4+ years of CRM experience in a fast growing company, ideally in a D2C e-commerce environment, with at least 1-2 years of leadership experience
- In-depth, holistic experience with using marketing automation softwares, ideally Emarsys (or similar, e.g. Braze, Salesforce, Sendgrid), from online and offline campaigns, to loyalty, to web channel tactics. Experience with Shopify+ is a plus
- Proven track record of conceptualizing and implementing an omni-channel CRM strategy to meet high growth targets
- Data-driven mindset with excellent knowledge over CRM analytics and corresponding KPIs. Basic technical knowledge over HTML, SQL and / or JSON is a plus
- Highly structured and result-oriented, with a can-do attitude, a collaborative mindset and excellent project management skills
- High energy, creativity and innovation drive, deep knowledge of trends in CRM incl. corresponding tactics
- Fluent in English, fluency in German is a plus
