Simon Galka is a passionate HR consultant in employer branding at ALDI DX, where he is responsible for establishing and developing the dedicated IT employer brand. In this role, he focuses on employer branding strategy, campaign management, and media planning. He has managed numerous campaigns, some of which have attracted over 1,000 new IT and tech employees to ALDI DX, extensively relaunched the career page and job advertisements, developed new target group formats such as live streams, and, last but not least, contributed to the launch of the ALDI DX brand in just 100 days. In recent years, Simon and his team have received several HR awards. Simon Galka previously worked at the agency YeaHR!, where he was responsible for many employer branding campaigns, primarily for the IT and public service sectors. His book, published in 2022, focuses on the candidate experience on career websites.
