Mado Wohlgemuth is an expert in neurodiversity and neuroinclusion. After several years in the workforce, including stints in e-commerce and the education sector, she founded Brain Sparks Studio to empower companies to help their employees reach their full potential. With a background in strategy and management development as well as systemic consulting, she now advises teams and leaders on creating accessible, neuroinclusive work environments. Her focus is on the topics of autism and ADHD. Mado also brings her personal perspective as a highly gifted autistic person with ADHD to this work.
