Team Lead B2B Marketing & Growth (m/w/d)

Established in 1923, KNUTH is a leading, international machine tool supplier in the manufacturing industry, with a global presence across 4 continents. Today, the family-owned business is run by the 4th generation of the Knuth family with the group’s headquarters located in Germany.

KNUTH strives to become the digital leader in a traditional B2B market worth more than €100B. We currently acquire 50+% of our new customers through online channels and we plan to scale this even more.

In order to lift our marketing efforts to the next level we are looking for a Team Lead B2B Marketing & Growth (remote first).

Tasks

  • Leading all online (70%) and offline (30%) marketing efforts as well as email nurturing flows to build a lead pipeline for our sales team
  • Developing content, landing pages and print material that are relevant to our target group and support an effective lead generation strategy
  • Conceptualizing a B2B customer journey from first contact to demo registration and RFQ as well as post purchase (e.g. email funnels for cross-selling, sales of services etc.)
  • Executing an on-site and off-site SEO strategy
  • Defining and hands-on executing a strategy to reactivate 100k+ cold leads and setting-up individual performance marketing campaigns (e.g., Google, Bing, etc.)
  • Defining relevant KPIs along the entire funnel and monitoring of campaign results
  • Close cooperation with Managing Directors as well as Digital Product Management, Sales and IT
  • Translating our 100th anniversary into marketing initiatives
  • Managing a marketing team of 4.5 FTE + hiring an additional FTE for online marketing

Requirements

  • Degree in business, marketing, communication or media studies
  • 5+ years experience in performance marketing, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Experience in using all common marketing platforms (Google, Linkedin, Xing, Facebook etc.) as well as marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot)
  • High degree of analytical thinking, creativity and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English, basic skills in German a plus
