The Webgears Group successfully operates international Smart-Shopping Portals that reach more than ten million users each month. Our goal is to give our users access to vouchers and deals to provide them with inspiration during their shopping process. This is achieved using an intelligent system to pair an extensive list of e-commerce brands on the sites of popular media companies. As Senior SEO Manager (m/f/d) you are managing all SEO activities and ensure maximum visibility for all our portals. You are responsible for developing the strategies by working on keyword analyses, search volumes and the optimization of new landing pages.
What will you be doing?
- Serve as SEO thought leader and guide all stakeholder around latest trends and best practices
- Lead product, technical and content-focused SEO strategies that drive organic growth for all our portals and ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Set and achieve stretch goals, create focus, and make consistently strong decisions through a combination of analysis, wisdom, experience, judgment, and self-assurance
- Present a strong perspective about what high-performing SEO looks like, and create a system that ensures internal teams and projects are aligning with SEO best practices
- Perform regular technical audits and analyses as well as ensure the best possible SEO performance in collaboration with the tech team
- Implement SEO guidelines and rules for all areas of content (Product Content, Educational Content, etc…)
What do you offer?
- A full-stack SEO with 5+ years of experience and a deep understanding of both the content strategy side of organic search, as well as the technical, platform driven side, being well-versed in scaling and setting op both for growth
- Previous experience of owning and leading SEO strategy
- A highly analytical person who loves data and is not afraid of words like SQL and Python
