We are looking for a Head of International Marketing to be the founding member of our inter­national marketing team.

YOUR MISSION

  • Partner with our international expansion, sales and channel teams to bring our state-of-the-art solution to new markets
  • Develop our international & channel marketing strategy using your experience and expertise
  • Together with international / channel sales, drive partner acquisition, ensure smooth on-boarding, and partner enablement
  • Develop channel programs and campaigns to market ‘to’ and ‘through’ partners to support the growth of our partners as well as maximise user demand
  • Develop region-specific marketing & sales enablement materials, according to refined local positioning
  • Collaborate across the marketing team on PR, social and performance marketing to increase brand awareness and drive high quality leads for international markets
  • Conduct post-event / campaign evaluations and ROI analysis; report and share recommen­dations with sales team and marketing teams
  • Build a high-performing team of marketing managers based on our international expansion plans

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor degree with 6+ years channel marketing or international field marketing experience within B2B, 2+ years management experience
  • Experienced in program management, developing scalable channel partner marketing programs that engage and enable partners while maximising revenue
  • Experienced in event strategy and audience acquisition – exceptional execution skills, reporting and optimisation
  • A networking pro – able to build rapport and trust with people quickly
  • A strong partner with sales, able to align all marketing efforts with sales objectives and growth targets
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in lead generations with partners, setting up processes, reporting and optimisation
  • Great presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Passionate about technology and cyber security
  • Eager to take ownership of our international and channel expansion strategy
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented mindset
  • You speak English  (German is a plus, but not necessary)
