Yokoy is an award-winning Swiss FinTech company that leverages Artificial Intelligence to fully automate spend management (expenses, supplier invoices, and corporate credit/debit cards) for midsize and bigger corporations globally. With 50 employees and offices in Zürich, Vienna, and Munich, Yokoy has big ambitions to expand further within Europe and intercontinentally. In order to achieve these high ambitions and continue scaling our company, we are currently growing our strong team of analytical, curious, creative, and experienced marketers. A crucial role in making our brand well-known and establishing it as an expert across markets will play the new Head of Content & Brand reporting directly to the CMO.

 

Task

  • Refine and scale our brand strategy with a structured approach
  • Create and implement an overall content strategy to authentically engage with customers, prospects, and our community to drive brand awareness, consideration, and conversion
  • Develop global and regional editorial plans and calendars to meet monthly and quarterly goals
  • Own Yokoy’s media creation (incl. text, audio, and visual content) and ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience
  • Develop standards, systems, and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval, and content repurposing, including the real-time implementation of content strategies
  • Analyze current content, develop KPIs for additional or better content engagement, and scrutinize data to conduct potential analysis to make sure the content and brand strategy is working
  • Build up, train, and lead the content and brand team
  • Identify and maintain a strong network of influencers and content partners that can help build our brand and strengthen the content strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure that the content and brand strategy is in line with the overall goals of the business
  • Get regional customer insights and translate these into relevant, creative, on-brand, and value-adding content and brand concepts, executions, and goals
  • Own the website: develop a strategy and make sure the website meets all standards regarding content, brand, SEO, etc.

 

Requirements

  • Min. 5 years of experience in content strategy and execution across multiple channels and formats
  • Experience in building up, leading, and empowering a high-impact marketing team
  • Expertise in building up brand equity and talking & executing on brand positioning, segmentation & targeting
  • Good knowledge in using analytics and data insights to feed content development, strategy and optimization
  • You’re a word wizard and love to create brilliant content either by yourself, with a team, or by sourcing from a network of partners across formats (incl. editorial, video, imagery, and audio)
  • Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • A no-job-is-too-difficult-or-too-small-attitude
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Experience in FinTech and Finance topics is a plus
