About The Team

1GBM EUI are the Global Business Marketing team (GBM) and champions TikTok  in the B2B world, looking to educate, inspire and create opportunities for our sales teams to develop and foster key client relationships and demonstrate how TikTok can deliver business outcomes for their business.

 

About the role

B2B Marketing develops events, engagement platforms, marketing communications and strategic industry relations that amplify the TikTok brand and scale our voice. Build our brand and reputation in the industry to drive business growth.

 

We are looking for a B2B Marketing Executive to join our DACH team, someone who is strategic, smart, creative, and a data-driven marketer. Someone who is high-performing and thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys creating and scaling within integrated marketing channels. You will support the regional B2B Marketing Team in project managing marketing activations, developing content, support with (adhoc) localizations, support with event execution, establishing tracking mechanisms, identifying target segments, and reporting and iterating on results, and generally support the B2B team.

 

We are looking for someone who is strategic, creative and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. The ideal candidate has experience in driving innovation, with extensive hands-on experience organising events and working on cross-functional campaigns with a dynamic network of stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Support B2B Marketing and DACH sales team on executing the local business marketing strategy, including events, client engagement, industry relations and marketing communications
  • Create, localize and distribute content working with marketing software to drive growth and brand awareness; Be able to clearly demonstrate the value of TikTok commercial products as a media
  • Work closely with regional teams across Europe to localise, copyright and approve marketing material translations, from website to hard copy brochures
  • Support event execution for DACH, partnering with sales, PR and the EU events team to generate leads and ROI driving activations that impact the industry and engage clients
  • Manage the distribution of content and timings with industry partners supporting the industry relations strategy
  • Data analysis: has insight into the local business market based on data analysis and marketing analytics to prove marketing strategy, working closely with regional B2B Marketing Lead and sales team
  • Track and analyse results of marketing activity partnering with sales to measure success metrics
  • Support the Marketing Manager on ad hoc marketing requests.
  • Own B2B DACH team administrative duties, including invoicing, translations, sourcing agreements, etc.

 

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing at an agency, publisher or brand.
  • Strong bi-lingual communication skills of German and English;
  • Strong project management abilities and demonstrated experience in B2B Marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and lead on projects where necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Good knowledge of the media and advertising landscape in the DACH region.
  • Excellent understanding of TikTok and the digital media landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments.
