Sven Bieber joined Spotify in 2016 and currently serves as Head of Sales for Germany and Austria. Prior to Spotify, Sven was Group Manager Planning at OMD in Düsseldorf. He gained his expertise in (online) audio during his nine years at RMS (Radio Marketing Service) where he held several roles from Sales Manager to Head of Digital Media to member of the Executive Board. In 2015, he started his own business as a consultant with the company audioStep before moving to Spotify.

Kia built the sales structure at Podstars by OMR and strategically advised partners on podcasting advertising opportunities, so she has countless campaigns and learnings in podcast marketing to look back on. She now leads the Brand & Agency Partnerships team at OMR. The team manages all brands and agencies partnerships with OMR & Podstars, including all podcast campaigns that complete every good marketing mix. The team works with brands like AUDI, Lichtblick or Ipalat and knows all areas of OMR to be able to advise their partners in the best possible way.

Vincent is CEO of Podstars by OMR. The Podstars GmbH is the official OMR Podcast Studio, producing, publishing and marketing podcasts since 2016. Today, Podstars consists of a team of over 70 creative individuals, including digital marketing specialists and experienced audio producers. Together, they advise partners on strategic advertising, develop audio formats that meet partner specifications and bring together advertisers and podcasters. Podstars delivers native advertising to over 100 podcast formats and is directly involved in the production of over 80 podcasts, including the OMR Podcast or FUSSBALL MML. Podstars is proud to have partnered with and developed branded podcasts for companies as Vodafone or Trade Republic.

Alex Jacobi ist Audio Visionär und Entrepreneur. Er ist Gründer der Kreativagentur "With love and data" sowie der Podcast Companies "podwatch.io" und sonarbird.io. Daniela Kursawe ist seit 2013 bei RMS als Senior Digital Sales Managerin für die Vermarktung des Digitalportfolios zuständig und berät große Agenturnetworks, wie die GroupM. Die leidenschaftliche Sales Expertin treibt erfolgreich den Verkauf der Digitalprodukte des Audiovermarkters voran und ist Expertin für Online Audio, Programmatic Audio, Voice Advertising und Podcasts. Bevor die Marketingkommunikationswirtin in das Audiouniversum eintauchte, sammelte sie Branchenerfahrungen als Senior Sales Managerin bei Axel Springer, wo sie zehn Jahre crossmedial an unterschiedlichen Standorten tätig war.

Franziska leads the Creative Partnerships Team in DACH/NL. Her team is responsible for onboarding and networking with creative agencies, content/sound production and artists & brand collaboration. Through Franziska's years of agency experience (including at Heimat, GREY, DDB, Publicis and Jung von Matt), she knows the importance of excellent creation for brands.

Lisa is in charge of content, concept and project management at Podstars by OMR. She is responsible for the conceptual, content-related and creative design of the Podstars shows as well as the management of the processes in the background - from guest acquisition and recording to the communication around the release.

Mila Kocianova joined Spotify in 2019. As Senior Account Manager she is responsible for the Tech & Telco and CPG verticals. In addition to developing campaign strategies and detailed planning, she also focuses on topics such as brand measurement, audio and podcast creation, and insight collection. Mila learned her media trade at OMD in Düsseldorf, where she supported clients in the automotive and entertainment sectors holistically in all media, before diving into the digital audio world at Spotify.
