After a stay as a mentor in a start-up accelerator in Canada, Stephan Uhrenbacher did what he never really wanted to do: In 2021 the serial founder (Qype, Avocadostore, 9flats, among others) initiated an accelerator program himself. At the Sustainable Aero Lab (SAL) in Hamburg, ideas are now being advanced to make aviation less harmful to the climate. The spectrum ranges from propulsion technology to the optimization of processes that have not been questioned for a long time.
The theme of sustainability runs through Lawrence Leuschner's founding vita. First, he established Rebuy, a second-hand platform for electronic goods. Thomas Zimmermann has been CEO of FREE NOW, Europe's super app for mobility, since April 1, 2022. Previously, he was Chief Marketing Officer at the company since 2018, responsible for communication and marketing activities, marketplace performance as well as the data and growth teams. Prior to joining FREE NOW, the business graduate held various management positions at company builder and investor Ioniq Group and online and mobile games developer Goodgame Studios, among others.
Oliver Mackprang has been working for the mobility revolution for over ten years. In 2012, he founded CarJump in Berlin, an aggregator app for car sharing providers, which later became free2move. After holding positions at the management consultancy Kearny and the ridepooling provider Moia, Mackprang has been head of the Berlin-based carsharing provider Miles Mobility since fall 2019. As he did most recently in the FUTURE MOVES podcast, he is clearly in favor of dismantling privileges that promote private car ownership and thus creating fair conditions for new players in the mobility sector.

Previously, Lindener was head of Airbus Scale, Airbus' central innovation unit. In this role, he led and drove the company's internal and external innovation activities.

Mobilize was founded by the Renault Group in January 2021 to bundle the New Mobility Services in which the Group has high expectations. To this end, activities from the fields of mobility, energy and data were combined under the new brand. Most recently, she was Managing Director at Opel Finance SA. Tina joined SAP in June 2021 and advises clients in the automotive industry on all aspects of customer experience.
After initial positions in the automotive and tech industries, Tobias has been responsible for the development of the IT ecosystem in his role as Lead Product Owner at smart Europe GmbH since August 2020. Together with his team, he relies on a flexible architecture paired with data insights to shape the smart customer experience in the long term.
