As far back as 2003, Kara Swisher has been considered one of the savviest and influential tech journalists in the US of A. Starting out at the Wall Street Journal, Swisher met regularly with the biggest names in the industry and asked the critical, pressing questions of the day. Over the course of her impressive career, she has interviewed Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Elon Musk and other such absolute a-listers. Currently, she has made a name for herself as the host of "Recode Decode" (she co-founded tech site Recode) and still manages to find the time to co-host the world’s leading business podcast Pivot alongside with Scott Galloway. You’d be hard pressed to find anyone more qualified than Swisher to break down tech anywhere.

Lea-Sophie Cramer is one of the absolute top digital entrepreneurs in Germany. After getting her start at BCG and Rocket Internet, she founded Amorelie in 2013 together Sebastian Pollok. Thanks to a clever public relations strategy, the duo were able to grow both revenue and profit to the eight-figure range. She left Amorelie in 2019 and has since been primarily active as an investor. Through her holding company, she has invested in Plus Dental, Lillydoo and Cleverly. Cramer is also member of the “Junge Digitale Wirtschaft" committee for the German government and is followed by nearly 160,000 people in LinkedIn. Together with Varena Pausder, she hosts the “Fast & Curious” podcast. Currently, she is prepping the launch of her next venture.

Sara is a successful entrepreneur, model and co-founder of social business brand nuruCoffee and of the non-profit association nuruWomen e.V. Sara knows how important it is to increase the visibility of women and help harness their standing as role models as an effort to empower others to go their own way. She is not only active in the public eye, but also leverages her company to fight for the rights of girls and women in her native Ethiopia

Piran Asci, born in 1993 in Berlin, is an entrepreneur, mathematician and process enthusiast. He studied mathematics and business administration at Freie Universität Berlin. His enthusiasm for entrepreneurship came about when he won the Funpreneur Competition at Freie Universität Berlin in 2014. He financed his studies and later his start at KoRo by buying and selling Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokémon cards. The following year he joined KoRo as a working student and in 2016 acquired the company shares of the then founder Roberts.Piran Asci is now responsible for marketing, sourcing and IT.

Andrea Wasmuth studied business management. For the past two decades plus, she has been active at Milchstrasse publishing house, Burda and the Handelsblatt Media Group in a variety of roles and areas of focus, including finance, corporate communications, business development and strategy. In August 2020, she was appointed CEO of Handelsblatt Media Group.

Tobias Seikel is a senior investment professional with extensive experience in Venture Capital and building startups in the DACH region. He is Co-founder and General Partner at Planet A, believing that it is indispensable to address climate change as well as other pressing environmental issues of our time. Apart from his Planet A-related activities, Tobias is a regular mentor and supports several corporations with their advanced training programs or portfolio patronage respectively, such as Google (juror), HMS Hamburg Media School (lecturer) and Next Media Accelerator (mentor). Furthermore, he acts as a business angel in several startups and as a regular speaker at industry events.

Nina Pütz is the CEO of Ratepay, where she steers company strategy. With over 17 years of experience in eCommerce, she was most recently active as the managing director of online shopping club brand brands4friends. Furthermore, she was active in a variety of managerial roles at eBay for over 15 years

Michael Krause took over the position as General Manager Europe at Spotify at the beginning of March 2021. In addition to his role as General Manager for the DACH region, Krause is responsible for Spotify's businesses in the Nordics, UK and Ireland, France and Benelux, Southern and Eastern Europe as well as Russia, CIS and CIS countries.

​​Kristina Lunz is co-founder and co-CEO at the Centre for Feminist Foreign Policy (CFFP). Between January 2019 and January 2020, Kristina was active as an advisor at the Federal Foreign Office of Germany, where she helped establish the feminist network Unidas German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas. Previously, she was the Gender and Coordination Officer at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Yangon, Myanmar, and also active at Sisma Mujer, an NGO in Bogotá, Colombia. She studied at the University College London and University of Oxford. IN February 2022, she published her first book “Die Zukunft der Aussenpolitik ist feministisch.”

Alexandra und Birgit sind frühe Google Pionierinnen des Hamburger Standorts und bringen gemeinsam über 30 Jahre Google-Erfahrung in unterschiedlichen Vertriebsbereichen mit. Ihr Job Share-Tandem „AliBi“ haben beide 2018 mit ihrem Wechsel in Googles globales Partnerschaften-Team gegründet. Dort verantworten sie gemeinsam Umwelt- und Nachhaltigkeitsthemen mit dem Fokus auf strategische Partnerschaftsentwicklung in Europa.  Unter AliBi’s Leitung entstand u.a. das Projekt „Air View“, ein Projekt zur lokalen Messung der Luftqualität in Hamburg, das im Herbst 2021 in Kooperation mit der HafenCity Universität (HCU) und der Stadt Hamburg gestartet wurde.

Celina hat nach ihrem BWL-Studium bei Google angefangen und mehrere Jahre Unternehmen bei ihrer Wachstumsstrategie beraten. Geprägt durch ihren Background einer Unternehmerfamilie im Gesundheitswesen, zog sie 2021 nach Berlin, um selbst zu gründen. Vor knapp einem Jahr gründete sie mit Co-Gründerin Emilia clare&me.

Emilia hat nach ihrem Bachelor- und Masterstudium in Psychologie als Strategin bei Jung von Matt sowohl große Unternehmen, als auch Start-Ups beraten. Inspiriert von der Start-Up Szene und dem Need für Innovation in Mental Health gründete sie vor knapp einem Jahr mit Celina clare&me.

Emilia Roig (she/her) is the founder and CEO of the Berlin-based Center Intersectional Justice (CIJ), a non-profit organization whose mission it is to make anti-discrimination and equality policy more inclusive and effective in Europe. Since 2020, she has taught at the Hertie School in Berlin, from 2015 to 2020 she was a faculty member of the Social Justice Study Abroad Program of DePaul University of Chicago. In addition, she has taught intersectionality theory, Postcolonial Studies, Critical Race Theory, Queer Feminism und International and European Law at universities in France, Germany and the USA. Emilia primary aim is to inspire others, eliminate systems of oppression, form new narratives and to change our collective consciousness. She is also the author of the best-seller WHY WE MATTER. The End of Oppression.

Insa Schniedermeier is a journalist, blogger and digital pioneer at t3n, the leading platform for the digital economy. Insas career started in marketing, before she switched over to journalism – with the Business Punk Magazine as her staring point. Today, she is head of the startups & digital economy department at t3n and has been interviewing many thought leaders from the startup- & tech-scene. Among the main topics she covers with her work are health-, female-, climate- & conscious-tech as well as AI and biohacking. Her focal point: How can tech help us live a more conscious, healthier and happier life?

Prof. Dr. Matthias Johannes Bauer is professor of communication management at IST University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf/Germany. One of his recently published books focuses on the psychology of digital communication.

Born in 1962, he joined CRM market leader and cloud provider Salesforce in 2007 after working at Boole and Babbage, Veritas Software and Symantec. He is now Executive Vice President Sales and responsible for the Salesforce business in Germany. Schreiner also supports various projects in the areas of education and integration and is specifically committed to improving education in STEM subjects.

Harriet is an activist, working at the intersection of advertising, AI and misinformation. As Insights Director at Media Bounty, she focuses on insight gathering and climate misinformation across a range of groundbreaking clients and projects from electric vehicles to green finance. She co-founded The Conscious Advertising Network with Jake Dubbins of Media Bounty in 2018 and has since seen it gain international recognition, work with the UN, and grow to over 150 members from Virgin Media O2 to GSK and British Gas. She’s a former Mozilla Fellow, working with Consumers International to map the opportunities and impacts of AI enhanced advertising, globally.
