Technically the company’s CEO, he leads the company’s vision: forward focused while acutely aware of today’s competitive climate.Sören’s interest is in the power of massive networks to bring about massive change. A pioneering advocate of social media, he has contributed important thought leadership on web content strategy, digital rights management, and enterprise 2.0.Along with a Master of Business Administration, he has extensive startup and leadership experience, co-founding CoreMedia in 1996. Sören is an award-winning author, speaker, father of four fun kids, and a very happy husband (not as hard as it may sound lol).

Bjoern Sjut is co-founder and managing director of the Finc3 Group, who specializes in consulting services for eCommerce and Amazon, business audience marketing, customer relationship management, analytics and business intelligence. He authored the OMR reports on email marketing and digital analytics and is a regular speaker at international online marketing events. Previously, he was a marketing manager at international dating platforms be2 and C-date and also co-founded wine platform Navinum.

Hannes Fehr is a consultant for digital strategies and business development. He's a long-time member of the OMR family and has been integral to many digital marketing projects over the last ten years. From adsense optimization and SEO shops to incubators and startups to large corporations, he’s had a hand in nearly everything pertaining to digital marketing. Jan Hildebrand and his team help companies to build critical digital marketing and sales capabilities in-house. Before starting his own companies, Jan was Jr. Partner at McKinsey & Company, working with global clients on Digital Marketing topics; before his time at McKinsey he led marketing departments in various settings and is a long-time friend of OMR.

As Head of Media Agencies, DACH at Meta, Andreas Rau and his team are responsible for strategic consulting and development of leading agency partners. Before his time at Meta, Andreas held senior and leading positions at uniquedigital, United Internet Media AG and Yahoo! Europe, where he was responsible for strategy, innovation, processes and technologies with a focus on programmatic and social advertising, yield management and performance marketing. Andreas Rau is member of the Executive Board of the MMA Germany and has a long-standing history of active contribution in the BVDW.

Andre Alpar is one of the most experienced performance marketing experts in Germany. Founder of international search & content agency AKM3, which was acquired by Publicis in 2014 and integrated in in Performics. Andre has built up search marketing operations for Rocket Internet as well as portfolio companies. He is active as a business angel and hosts the weekly OMR Podcast #askOMR.

Svenja Teichmann runs content marketing agency Crowdmedia together with Sven-Olaf Peeck. In addition, she also gives workshops and management training sessions as a certified business trainer. Prior to Crowdmedia, she was a long-time freelancer at Otto and then in a full-time role at the Otto marketplace “One-Stop-Shopping.”

Jan Bechler has been a member of the OMR family from very early days. He has founded several successful Online Marketing companies and today runs the digital marketing agency Finc3 in Hamburg with 150 colleagues not working for global brands like Unilever, Bosch or essity but also for some of the fastest growing companies in the world like Mailchimp, Pipedrive or asana.

Manuel Hinz is an experienced entrepreneur, consultant and manager with a track record of leading several e-commerce startups from the initial setup to a successful exit. He worked, among others, for DailyDeal (exit to Google), Toroleo and Scarosso. Beyond his operational experience, Manuel advises Earlybird Venture Capital and eTribes Connect.

Lothar Krause is a true expert when it comes to the latest developments and trends in Programmatic Advertising. As one of the very first members of Berlin-based programmatic pros Sociomantic, Lothar helped shape the company’s global expansion and product development endeavours. Lothar is currently working as a consultant for different customers and vendors. Since February 2019 he is in charge of the further European expansion of the consent management platform. Lothar is already working for almost 20 years in online marketing and worked in leading positions for companies like eBay, zanox and zalando. He is a regular on the speaking circuit, where he shares his knowledge about online marketing as a moderator or speaker.

Paid Digital Marketing is where Lara Marie Massmann feels at home as a professional. Thanks to her nine years of agency experience, she has in-depth knowledge of all the relevant facets in search engine marketing (SEA/PPC), social media advertising (SMA), marketplace advertising (MPA) and Google shopping optimization. After acting as an SEA consultant at Performics, Lara has spent the past few years at Berlin-based Search and Content marketing agency Claneo, where she has supported a wide range of clients from a variety of sectors.

Thorsten Wittmuetz has been actively involved in disrupting and innovating old-established markets since 2006. As a serial entrepreneur, advisor, and investor he comes along with the expertise of approx. 60 transactions and 150 due diligence analyses from different angles. Thorsten is co-founder and managing partner at NCA, a pre-seed startup accelerator and investment fund. Backed by more than 25 corporate LPs, NCA strives to identify and source the most promising early-stage startups with commerce and software-related solutions since 2017. Chris Hörmann is a content and sports marketing expert. In the past decade, he has worked with such internaional brands as Red Bull and GoPro gearbeitet. Most recently, he founded his own company, Champions & Friends, through which he combines his passion for networking with the creation and execution of one-of-a-kind experiences.

Michael Fritz is a concept activist and co-founder of the global network Viva con Agua. In addition to the 15,000 volunteers and the charitable organization, the Viva con Agua network consists of a social business entity, selling mineral water and portable composting toilets, Viva con Agua Arts, the Viva con Agua foundation, and Viva con Agua organizations in Uganda, Austria, the Netherlands and Switzerland. In 2006, Michael Fritz founded Viva con Agua together with friends; its core mission is to make potable water accessible to all. Dr. Markus Wuebben is Chief Marketing Officer at CrossEngage and a specialist for data-driven marketing. At Rocket Internet, he developed a multi-channel-campaign solution that is now used by more than 70 companies in 20 different countries. Furthermore, he was Customer Management Director at EPIC Companies and Head of Industry Promotions at Arvato/Bertelsmann. He holds a doctorate in data-driven marketing from the technical University of Munich.
